Beginning with a conversation about your goals, athletic history, personal background, work, life and race schedule, I develop and then help you follow a structured training plan using research-based techniques for building fitness and detailed data analysis, working with you regularly along the way to adjust and revise.

My Background

Growing up in Bozeman, Montana, a destination ski town in the Rocky Mountains. Until 2013, I worked in a marketing firm and “skied every weekend”. The decision to run the LuluLemon SeaWheeze half marathon that year coincided with a number of life-changing events that set me down a path of structured training and healthier living. I’ve spent the years since competing as an age group triathlete in full (140.6) and half-distance (70.3) Ironman triathlon around the world and exploring racing bikes and riding in a variety of formats.

I am a graduate of the Bozeman Center for Healing Arts 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program, a Yoga Alliance Registered RYT200 Yoga Teacher, NSCA-certified CSCS Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and a USA Cycling Coach. I have spent the last few years working for a physical therapist and corrective exercise specialist in a functional fitness studio teaching hatha, restorative and vinyasa yoga classes and indoor cycling in a small group setting. I have coached and mentored others into the sports of cyclocross, triathlon and endurance cycling and seen them advance with great success.

As a coach, I can provide the mentoring, guidance, and structure to have and stick to a plan to build fitness, develop resilience, and compete against others, and enjoy doing it.
