Whether you are beginning to train for your first endurance event, bike race, or triathlon, want to take your next season up a notch, or are ready to take the step from recreational athletic participation and fitness towards structured training and race goals, as an online cycling coach and triathlon coach, I work with you remotely to help you reach your racing and fitness goals.

Beginning with a conversation about your athletic history, goals, personal background, work, life and race schedules, I develop and then help you follow a structured training plan using research-based techniques for building fitness and detailed data analysis, communicating with you regularly along the way to adjust and revise.

Full-service remote coaching for cyclists, mountain bikers, and triathletes looking for mentorship and guidance towards a goal race, from sprint to full-distance triathlon (including Ironman 70.3 and Ironman 140.6) and gran fondo / cyclosportive, gravel grinder, marathon mountain bike, and cyclocross (CX).

Training Plans

If you have the skillset and desire to follow a training plan on your own, are more recreational, or just need some general volume progression guidance, I have developed training plans which can be broadly applied.

4-Week Century Gran Fondo or Cyclosportive

4-Week Build/Peak Phase training plan for athletes with an established aerobic base competing in a 100-mile event like a gran fondo or cyclosportive.

4-Week Cyclocross Training Plan

4-Week Build/Peak Phase Beginner (Cat 4 or Cat 5) Cyclocross (CX) training plan for athletes with an established aerobic base.


Education & Experience

I am a graduate of the Bozeman Center for Healing Arts 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program, am a Yoga Alliance Registered RYT200 Yoga Teacher, IRONMAN Certified Coach, USAC Cycling Coach, NSCA-certified CSCS Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and ACE-certified Group Fitness Instructor. I helped launch a functional fitness studio and have taught small group exercise classes including indoor cycling, as well as hatha, restorative, and vinyasa styles of yoga.

My home is Bozeman, Montana, a destination mountain town in the northern Rocky Mountains known for its “cold smoke” powder skiing. I coach and work remotely using modern communication tools. In addition to coaching, I work as a photographer, design, marketing and development consultant.

As your cycling or triathlon coach, I will provide the mentoring, guidance, and structure for you to have and stick to a plan to build fitness, develop resilience, and compete against others, while enjoying doing it.
