Beginning with a conversation about your athletic history, goals, personal background, work, life and race schedules, I develop and then help you follow a structured training plan using research-based techniques for building fitness and detailed data analysis, communicating with you regularly along the way to adjust and revise.

4-Week Century Gran Fondo or Cyclosportive

4-Week Build/Peak Phase training plan for athletes with an established aerobic base competing in a 100-mile event like a gran fondo or cyclosportive. Includes a strength training maintenance program to counter time spent on the bike with a focus on glute recruitment, back strength development, and chest opening.

4-Week Cyclocross Training Plan

4-Week Build/Peak Phase Beginner (Cat 4 or Cat 5) Cyclocross (CX) training plan for athletes with an established aerobic base. Includes a strength training maintenance program to counter time spent on the bike with a focus on glute recruitment, back strength development, and chest opening.

13-Week Cyclocross Training Plan

13-Week Beginner/Intermediate (Cat 3 or Cat 4) Cyclocross (CX) training plan for athletes with an established aerobic base. Includes a strength training program to develop the strength and power necessary for the physical demands of cyclocross.

Education & Experience

I am a graduate of the Bozeman Center for Healing Arts 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program, am a Yoga Alliance Registered RYT200 Yoga Teacher, IRONMAN Certified Coach, USAC Cycling Coach, NSCA-certified CSCS Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and ACE-certified Group Fitness Instructor. I helped launch a functional fitness studio in Bozeman, Montana and have taught small group exercise classes including indoor cycling, as well as hatha, restorative, and vinyasa styles of yoga.

I provide full-service remote coaching from wherever in the world I may be, be it my hometown of Bozeman, Montana, a destination mountain town in the northern Rocky Mountains known for its “cold smoke” powder skiing, or anywhere else. I coach remote athletes using modern communication tools like video chat along with data file analysis, subjective feedback, and shared calendars.

As your cycling or triathlon coach, I will provide the mentoring, guidance, and structure for you to have and stick to a plan to build fitness, develop resilience, and compete against others, while enjoying doing it.
